Agree a written condition definition and request relevant labels, serial numbers, packaging evidence and a documented acceptance process. Photos alone are insufficient proof.
What to check
Original sealed, new open-box and used or pulled hardware are distinct conditions. Manufacturer warranty eligibility and supplier warranty are also different. Agree which records may be shared and what inspection takes place before payment or shipment.
